I must admit that, without a doubt, this was the most powerful session I’ve ever had, and I wasn’t expecting that at all.

It allowed me to see the situation from different points of view and take an important decision that had a big impact on my life. I actually helped me to realize what I really thought and how I really felt about the circumstances I found myself in and that I was refusing to admit.

Helena’s method was very interesting as she didn’t interfere and was very careful not to push towards any particular solution so that I can find the answers deep inside me. Rather than that she guided me trough my own train of thoughts helping to see clearer. I find it quite rare for a coach to be able to put himself aside in such a balanced way and be so very helpful by doing that. Precious.
